Automatic Die Sprayer Robot ( EMY-08)

Thanks to its new design, the EMY-08 PLUS Automatic Mold Spray robot allows you to achieve total control on every axis and nozzle group.
 
Mold spraying provides rapid cooling through specialized design spraying nozzles, evaporating most of the water used by an atomized spray, and therefore less liquid.
 

The ability to synchronize with the injection presses provides 4 seconds of gain for each cycle.

Standardized control, SERVOMOTOR speed control, all motions are controlled by encoder, 100 mold memory, position information, memory button learning, 10″ color display
